UPDATE (1 July): Despite the fact that one solution has already
been submitted to this month's riddle, the riddle will run an extra month
in order to give other solvers additional opportunity to reach a
solution.
Hint: when constructing radars, one often uses a signal known as a "chirp". This is a signal that varies its frequency linearly with time. Consider what can be done with such signals.
